• PRP is produced with your own blood. It is a concentration of platelets. The injections help stimulate collagen and trigger growth factors. 

• How is PRP performed?

After your consultation where we discuss your desired outcome and full assessment of your face, your face will be thoroughly cleansed prior to injection. Your blood will also be drawn and spun in a centrifuge. This allows the platelet rich portion of the plasma to separate. A layer of topical lidocaine will be applied prior to injection to minimize discomfort. Then PRP will be injected into your skin with a small needle.

• When will I see result?

Collagen production and skin regeneration takes time; therefore, you will not see immediate results. Over the next 3 months, you will start to notice an improvement in your skin color and appearance. This It is recommended to repeat this about once a year to keep up with skin rejuvenation.
